My coaching approach is rooted in strengthening the mind–body connection with practical, actionable steps. So often, what feels like irritation at someone else is really your body calling for nourishment, movement, or rest. Together, we’ll learn to read those cues, regulate emotions, and build self-awareness so you can operate from a steady foundation.
Each session ends with personalized “homework”—whether that’s having a hard conversation, adding more exercise, or making healthier food choices—so you leave with clarity and tools you can immediately apply to everyday life.
