The mission of the Wholey Schmidt podcast is to drive meaningful change inspired by the journey of Sarah's son Will, who battles sickle cell disease. We aim to significantly contribute to the advancement of research, equitable allocation of resources, and increased funding in neglected and under-resourced areas primarily impacting communities of color.
